Document Services
The library can copy, fax, scan, and laminate documents of any size up to 8 1/2″ x 14″. You can print documents from your phone, laptop, or one of our 8 in-house computers. You can also email us the document at huffmanlibrary@yahoo.com, and we can print it for you. Pricing options are available on the list below:

Story Time
The library has story time for children, ages 5 and under, every Wednesday from
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Computers and Wi-Fi Access
The Library has 8 computers available for use with free internet access. We also offer tech support and computer classes for Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. In addition to computer services, we offer free Wi-Fi connection during business hours for personal phones, laptops, and tablets.
(Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use computers without parental supervision. No personal ad sites, games, or downloading applications allowed. Computers are not available to reserve, and can only be accessed by a first-come, first-served basis.)
Notary Services

Taking a deposition of a witness: $1.00 per 100 words
Certifying a photocopy: $2.00

Proctoring
We have a retired teacher on staff and can provide test proctoring services by appointment only. To make an appointment, contact us at huffmanlibrary@yahoo.com, or call us at (409) 787-4829.
Inter-Library Loans
The Inter-Library Loan Program provides cardholders with materials that are not in the library’s collection, some restrictions apply.
In order to request ILL materials, patrons must be in good standing (i.e., have no pending fines or other charges) and have an active library card for at least six months. Up to two ILL items may be borrowed at one time. Due dates are established by the lending library. The fee is $5 per book, playable at time of request to help cover postage. If the book cannot be located, the fee will be refunded.
Auditorium

The library’s auditorium seats 99 people and is available to rent for $75. Please call the library director at (409) 787-4829 to reserve dates and times.
Meeting Room
The library’s conference room seats 24 people and is available to rent for $50. Please call the library director at (409) 787-4829 to reserve dates and times.
Marquee Rental
Share your loved one’s special occasion with the whole community! Birthday, Anniversary, or Graduation. $10/week on one side of our marquee. To rent, call us at (409) 787-4829.
